How can I see if Samantha is available to perform at my event?

Easy! Simply fill in the contact form with your date, venue and requirements and Samantha will contact you ASAP with her availability and package options.

 

How far is Samantha willing to travel?

Samantha is based between the North West of England and Ibiza - but travelling eleswhere is part of her job and is no problem at all. Any travel expenses for gigs will be worked into your quote.

 

How far in advance do we need to book?

Some dates are booked up to 3 years in advance (especially weddings) but there are other dates that have late availability so enquire as soon as possible to see if Samantha is free for your date. Sometimes, If she already has a booking during the daytime, she may still be able to do another gig in the evening and vice verca.

 

Can I choose which songs Samantha will sing?

By all means, let us know if there are a few songs in the repertoire that you would particularly like Samantha to include! Generally she works with sets that she knows from experience work really well, and suit the atmostphere and guests of a particular event, but is always happy to include a few personal favourites!

 

We have a special song, but it isn't listed in Samantha's repertoire - would she be able to learn it for us?

Of course! Samantha wants your event to be as unique to you as possible, so is always happy to learn something new! This is often the case for a 1st dance, or for when a bride walks down the aisle... as long as she can find a good quality backing track for the song, and it is within range, this is no problem.

 

Can you provide a Dj?

Yes! Samantha works with some of the industry's leading DJs - and offers a DJ package for evening wedding receptions if required. Although many singers offer 'playlist' options - experience has shown that this can be limited, as requests can't be taken and lighting can be very basic. Providing a seperate DJ means that Samantha can fully focus on performing, leaving the DJ to do his thing!

 

 What time will you arrive at the veune?

We will always contact your venue prior to the event to arrange a suitable time for us to arrive, soundcheck and setup, so it's one less thing for you to worry about!

Can we come and watch Samantha perform before booking?

Most gigs are weddings, private parties or corporate events - so are not open to the public. There are however, a few gigs in the North West that Samantha does regularly which are ideal opportunities to come watch and listen! Use the contact form to enquire about these and we will send you dates & times. If you are unable to make a gig, there is a full audio section on the website for you to listen to and enjoy :)

How do we confirm a booking?

After your initial enquiry - you will receive an email from Samantha with her availability and different package options based on your requirements. Once you have confirmed which package you would like, you will then receive a booking confirmation via email which confirms all your details and also includes deposit info. As soon as your deposit has been received, your date will be secured in the diary. Deposits are always taken for weddings, with the balance due 4 weeks prior to the event.

 

Do you have public liability insurance and is your PA equipment PAT tested?

All PA equipment is fully PAT certified and we have Public Liability Insurance cover for up to  £10m. Your venue may ask you to provide copies of this documentation which we will happily send to them if requested.
